His exemplary work ethic and leadership potential quickly caught the attention of management, leading to his promotion to Lead Technician by July and subsequently to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Supervisor by November 2024. At Pest-End, new technicians dive into our Residential Services division, handling tasks ranging from tick and mosquito control to general pest management and termite inspections.
