At Pest-End, a second-generation family business, this continuity is at the heart of who we are and what we stand for.
The leaders of Pest-End, born and raised in New England, share a deep connection to the region and its communities. Our entire team embodies the values of hard work, dedication, and integrity that have been passed down from one generation to the next. We're proud to continue this legacy, committed to remaining a family-owned business that sets a high standard for quality local pest control.
Amanda plays a vital role in upholding the values that define our family-owned business. With a background in finance and HR, Amanda discovered her passion for recruiting new talent that aligns with our company’s core values. As the chair of National Pest Management Association's Recruitment and Retention Committee, she works to elevate pest control as a premier career choice. On both local and national levels, Amanda is dedicated to helping companies attract, develop, and retain top talent in the industry.
Amanda has also focused on enhancing our social media presence, showcasing our fantastic team members and educating our customers. Her strategic contributions to Pest-End have been essential in driving our growth while staying true to our family-owned roots. "Since we acquired the business from my parents, we have put an emphasis on recruiting and retaining team members who exemplify our core values. We have been able to grow exponentially while still maintaining the family feel that is so important to us."
From a young age, Adam developed a passion for pest control and a vision for growing the business. His journey at Pest-End has led him through nearly every role within the company, giving him a deep understanding of the organization’s intricacies and the most effective strategies for scaling. Under his leadership, Pest-End has expanded into new markets and diversified its services, all while maintaining a strong focus on company culture. “Our commitment to being a family-owned business is at the heart of everything we do. As we've grown, we've made sure to keep that sense of family in our company culture—it’s what makes us stand out and keeps us grounded.”
Building on the solid foundation he helped create, Adam is driven to support the success of other family-owned businesses in the industry. As a Board of Director for QualityPro, the pest management industry’s leading credentialing program, and an active member of several committees at both the national level with National Pest Management Association and regionally with New England Pest Management Association, Adam enjoys collaborating and exchanging ideas with fellow industry professionals. His advocacy work in public policy, particularly in New Hampshire, has been instrumental in advancing the interests of the pest control industry.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pest-End, Courtney offers a unique perspective on both the team’s needs and operational demands of a growing business, drawing on her extensive experience in multiple roles within the organization. Her goal is to position Pest-End as the premier family-owned pest control and wildlife company in New England. Reflecting on the dynamic of a family business, she states, "Adam, Amanda, and I work so well together because our strengths complement each other. Each of us brings a distinctive set of skills to the table, which allows us to take ownership of different aspects of the business. This not only helps us manage the complexity of running a family business but also drives our collective success."
Courtney’s ability to remove obstacles for the team and her operational expertise have been vital to the company's success. She is also deeply committed to giving back to the industry that has provided so much for her family. Actively involved both regionally and nationally, she serves on several committees and is currently Treasurer of New England Pest Management Association. Additionally, Courtney is a proud graduate of National Pest Management Association’s Executive Leadership Program and was recently accepted to NPMA’s prestigious Leader Launch program.
